Nick Greenslade (owner) is the most knowledgeable marine technition in the area. They work on a variety of Atv's, snowmobiles and motorcycles as well!
Multiple trips to fix basic fuel issues. Didn't test the boat. Gauges still aren't accurate. When I got it back it idled 1000 rpm too high. One of the carborator leaked. They didn't call me or complete work when they said they would. Owner acts like he was doing a favor for trying to fix it three time. Never an apology or even an acknowledgement of their errors or delays. Terrible service. Unreliable.
Lets see. 350 over budget. 3 mos for 2 tires and a starter gear. my turn signal still does not work. I would never send anyone here,
Went to pick up my boat for the season and found out then that they had moved to DeSoto. Tried to call both numbers with no answer. Went to DeSoto only to find out that my boat was at the old location. Went back to the old location and found that my boat trailer pin had been removed. Went back to DeSoto and found that they didn't have any idea where my pin was. Had to go to TSC (lucky they had the pin) went back to the location to retrieve my boat. Lots of time wasted on a nice Saturday. I sure hope that the work they did last fall is acceptable.
Dropped boat off wednsday July 5th..that ran and idled..but wouldn't get up on plane..i was told they would get it in that weekend or first of the week of july10th...the boat is still there august14th!! I have called once a week sometimes twice..every single time I was told their computer wasn't updated so they didn't know the status...long story short.. this place is a joke !!!! So poorly managed.!!! Over 15 calls and not 1 returned call.. not 1 !! I would not take anything to this place to be fixed.. Im sure with this kind of service they won't be in business very long anyways.. I've never wrote a review before ...but this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a business...and I've been in the auto industry for 23+ yrs and delt with every kind of businesses.. and never have I delt with such a poorly managed place...
